Remarkable Land Partners is led by Phiroze Daver and Daniel Szanyi. Phiroze and Dan first met over 10 years ago as part of Round Table, a worldwide charitable organisation that raises funds for local causes.
With over 30 years of property investing and developing experience between them, Phiroze and Daniel are using their skills to make sure each Remarkable Project is delivered ethically and sustainably whilst ensuring the best possible commercial return for everybody.

As well as being a property developer, Phiroze is a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor, practising both independently and as a consultant with Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors.
As a Property Developer and Business Owner, Phiroze brings a unique blend of business acumen and legal knowledge to our deals, enabling him to not only advise on all legal aspects of a deal, but also how to manage project risks and ensure each projects exits with maximum gain all around.
DANIEL SZANYI

As well as being a Property Investor, Daniel is a Business Data Strategist, delivering consultancy across a wide range of industries. With over 20 years operating within complex data environments, he brings structured thinking, commercial awareness and disciplined execution to every project undertaken.
Daniel brings a unique blend of project management expertise, data intelligence and commercial pragmatism to every deal and is known for finding solutions where others see complexity.
